1. General Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/strong><\/p>\n

These General terms and conditions (GTC) shall apply to all contractual relations, sales, rental companies and comparable transactions, to the extent not explicitly written in different arrangements have been made. Any deviating terms and conditions of the contractual partner, we recognize only if this has been expressly agreed in writing. Oral Promises or agreements, including through our staff \u2013 develop only valid if they are confirmed in writing. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is, if the contractual partner is a merchant, a legal entity of public Law or a public-law special Fund.<\/p>\n

2. Orders and conclusion of contract<\/strong><\/p>\n

Complaints are subsequently excluded. Deliveries are always done on the customer's risk. Compensation in case of delays, is only in the case of gross negligence or premeditation.<\/p>\n

8. Payment terms<\/strong><\/p>\n

Alle Rechnungen sind sofort ohne Abzug f\u00e4llig, sofern nichts anderes vereinbart ist. Bei versp\u00e4teter Zahlung kann BMU Verzugszinsen sowie eine Bearbeitungspauschale von bis zu 40 \u20ac erheben. Befindet sich der Kunde im Verzug, k\u00f6nnen Mietgegenst\u00e4nde zur\u00fcckgefordert werden.<\/p>\n

9. Mounting<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Montageleistungen erfolgen nur auf ausdr\u00fccklichen Wunsch und gegen Berechnung. Erforderliche Zusatzarbeiten, die zur Sicherheit oder Vertragserf\u00fcllung notwendig sind, werden nach R\u00fccksprache berechnet. F\u00fcr Arbeiten Dritter \u00fcbernimmt BMU keine Haftung. Der Gefahren\u00fcbergang wird durch Montageleistungen nicht beeinflusst.<\/p>\n

10. Treatment of the leased property<\/strong><\/p>\n

18. Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n

BMU haftet nur bei Vorsatz, grober Fahrl\u00e4ssigkeit, Verletzung von Leben, K\u00f6rper oder Gesundheit sowie bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten. Die Haftung ist auf den vorhersehbaren, typischen Schaden begrenzt. F\u00fcr durch Mietgegenst\u00e4nde verursachte Sachsch\u00e4den haftet BMU nicht, au\u00dfer bei Vorsatz oder grober Fahrl\u00e4ssigkeit.<\/p>\n

19. Privacy<\/strong><\/p>\n
