4.2 When using our online services, we store IP address and time of the respective user action. This is done on the basis of our and user interests in protecting against abuse and unauthorized use. 5.4 For online appointments we use \u201cCalendly\u201d (Calendly, LLC, BB&T Tower, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA). Depending on the type of appointment, first and last name as well as e-mail address and possibly telephone number (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). In addition, we support the processing on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legal interest in efficient customer management). Calendly deletes the data after execution or expiry of the date. A contract processing agreement (Data Processing Addendum: https:\/\/calendly.com\/pages\/dpa

: As part of our contact, we process personal data exclusively to answer your request and only to the extent necessary. Legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest). Data from live chat\/chatbot are usually deleted after a week, unless they are needed longer for those purposes; then we will delete immediately after the omission of the purpose.<\/p>

5.9 Please do not provide sensitive data in the chat (e.g. health, disability, religion). If such information is received, we will delete it immediately.<\/p>n

6. Comments and posts<\/b><\/p>

6.1 Leave user comments\/contributions, we store on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR the IP address for 7 days.<\/p>n

6.2 This serves our protection if content is illegal (e.g. insults, forbidden propaganda). In such cases, we can be used ourselves and have a legitimate interest in determining the author.<\/p>n

7.Access data and server log files<\/b><\/p>n


<\/p>

7.1 Based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR we collect so-called on each server access. Logfiles: Name of the retrieved page, file, date\/time, quantity of data, notification of successful retrieval, browser type\/version, operating system, referrer URL, IP address, requesting provider.<\/p>n

In some cases, pixel tags\/web beacons are used for statistical or marketing purposes. In cookies, pseudonymous information about browser\/OS, referrer, visit times and use of our online offer can be stored and possibly linked to data from other sources.<\/p>n
